Lost in space

I've recently completed my website and uploaded the files
After a few teething problems it finally got onto the web

Today, I updated some files and now when I go to my
website it has disappeared.
Any ideas why

When you publish your site the Click the Show>> button in
FP 2002,in 2003 your local files are on the left and the
remote (hosting) files are on the right. If these match
your files are there. You may just have a bad link or
deleted your home page?
