Lost Icons and Taskbar

I am running XP Professional and have 4 user accounts. When I login into any
of the accounts I get the same view whereby all Icons and the Taskbar are
gone. The only way to access anything is to do a ctrl/alt/delete and go into
task manager and hit file/new task. This started about a month ago. I have
run both Spybot and Adware as well as Norton Anti-Virus, but to no avail. I
went out to kellys-korner-xp.com site (per other bulletin board suggestions)
and ran "Restore Desktop Icons and Taskbar" (Line 195). I saved the file and
when I opened it (Norton stopped it, but I clicked to allow it to run) I got
the following "Windows Script Host" message:

Script: C:\Documents and Settings\keith\xp-taskbar-desktop-fixall.vbs
Line: 51
Error: 0x80041015
Code: 80041015
Source: (null)

Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide.

Thanks, but I tried this site and received the same error message in my
original question/problem. Any other suggestions would be great!
