Lost Hyperlinks

I started new Word-2000 doc as a copy of another old doc
Suddenly I paid attention that all hyperlinks don't work (cross-references, TOC, etc.
That means, when I click on it I obtain a Open file dialog box (instead of jumping)
As a result, Acrobat don't build alive hyperlinks
Any suggestion would be appreciate

Select All Ctrl+A
Update fields F9
