Lost FrontPage Express?

Can someone help me? Would like to find out how difficult
it is to make a web page. I understand Microsoft
FrontPage Express comes with Windows 98. I didn't know
this when I upgraded from Windows 98 to Windows XP Home
Edition. Would like to try Microsoft FrontPage Express
now but apparently FrontPage Express program has been
eliminated from Windows XP. Any way to get FrontPage
Express back on my computer? Would it be possible to copy
FrontPage Express from my old Windows 98 CD and use it
with my computer running Windows XP? Would I need to use
the Add/Remove icon? Thanks
