Lost files

Having used Outlook Express fine for 6ms, I clicked onto
it recently and got treated like an entirely new user!
Although I can "see" the old .dbx files on my c-drive, I
can't open them - when I click to open, it doesn't offer
Outlook Express as an option! If I "browse", it is listed
but then lists 5 .exe files to choose from - help!Is
there any way I can open up the old files? I've got
Windows XP if that makes any difference.

Ask in an Outlook Express forum. This is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.
