lost files in XP

Nello

I recently had to reinstall XP professional because of a
virus. Now some files I saved in a profile I had is gone
and secondly the files that were saved I encrypted it
before sending it to the computer shop, now it can only
be opened from the lost profile. Can anyone help me
pleaseeee
 
If the certificates from the old profile were not exported and saved to disk
before the old profile was destroyed, the files are gone. There is no way
to backdoor in and decrypt them - it would be any good to encrypt them if
someone could backdoor in an decrypt them - now would it?
