Lost File

I somehow lost "mscoree.dll" and have re-downloaded and
unzipped it. It is now in my unzipped file. But, how do I
re-install it please.
 
You goto to move it to C:\WINDOWS\system32, then goto Start>>Run>>Type
"regsvr32.exe mscoree.dll"
