Lost File

I've seemed to have lost this file:
C:\PROGRAM~1\COMMON~2\ADDRESS~1\cnbabe.DLL

I need to know how to replace it or obtain it somehow
because every 30 seconds an ERROR box appears and tells
me that that "specified module could not be found".
 
Do a google search - I don't think this is a file you want on your PC - it
appears to by a trojan/hijack ware program.
