Lost emails and addresses

I recently lost all the stored emails and addresses in my Outlook. I did not
back them up, any chance of getting them back or are they gone for good?

Did you create a new profile or did you delete your folders or item.

Your Outlook version is?

Are you suing Exchange Server or a local PST file?
Are you working "stand alone" or in a company?

There's no such thing as "Outlook 6". I suspect you're using Outlook
Express V6 and if that's the case, you're in the wrong newsgroup. You can
get a lot of information on Outlook Express at http://www.insideoe.com/ and
in the newsgroup microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general.
