Lost Drag'n'drop function

Hi;

I recently reinstalled Windows XP Pro. Now I can't drag and drop any files.
I have to right click to delete and cut a paste to move. I cant find the
option to enable it again. Any pointers??

Bram, rt click on Start>select Prop>Customize>Advanced>check enable drag
and drop box.
