lost document!! project due tmr! plz help

So i retrieved a document from an email and I was working on it and when i
was done, i pressed the save button, not save as and then save. Now i am
trying to open it and i can't find it. i already went to the temp document
and cannot find it. is there any way to retrieve my document? thank you

If you've tried the suggestions at
http://www.gmayor.com/outlook_attachments.htm and you didn't find your file,
you are probably out of luck, I'm afraid.
