lost changes

I closed a workbook and accidentally clicked "no" when asked if I wanted to save changes to another work book. I've lost 4 hours of work and I'm desperate to recover the lost data.

It's lost and gone forever.

For the next time, get a copy of Jan Karel Pieterse's addin called AutoSafe
(note spelling).

It saves to a user selectable folder. And when it's done, it either deletes
these backups (or puts
them in the recycle bin). And you can always restore the backups from the
recycle bin.

(look for AutoSafe.zip, not autosafeVBE.zip, for your purposes.)
