Bought a Dell with all softwear loaded. Had to delete
all and reformatt. Can't find 2002 word authenticity
cert therfore no 25 digit key. Can i get it from
Microsoft?
 
No.
Microsoft can not help with OEM.
Either locate the Product Key or contact Dell.
The Certificate of Authenticity should be with the package of CDs that
came with the computer.
The other option is to buy another one.
