Not sure if this answers your question, but here is my
best guess. To add the "width" button to the toolbar,
Right click on the toolbar area. Select Customize.
Select the tab for Commands. In the Catagories box
select "Format". Scroll about half way down the commands
list and find Width. Grab and drag to the spot on the
toolbar where you want this button.
