Lost "Always ask before opening this type of file." Option (Win XP Version)

I accidently unchecked the check box, "Always ask before opening this type
of file." It also says above it, "Would like to open the file or save it to
your computer." Now any file I click on, no matter what the file extension
is, it simply opens without allowing me to first save it to a location. How
do I get that dialog box?

Thanks.

See "Not Prompted to Specify Download Folder for File"
