Lost all Outlook files

I seem to have lost all my outlook files. Can I find and
recover them? I am not very computer savvy, so a
layman's explasnsation and/or instructions would be
greatly appreciated.

These are pst-files.

Make sure you include hidden and system files and folders when searching for
pst-file.

By default it is located in
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\
