Lost all contacts from one contact folder

Something got stuck on my keyboard or mouse and deleted all the contacts from
one whole Contacts Folder in OUTLOOK 2003.

Is there a way to recover those?
They are NOT in teh DELETED FOLder.
 
If you also deleted them from your Deleted Items Folder, then you would need
to restore from your most recent backup. There is no other way to restore
them unless you are running against Exchange Server.
