Lost Admin Log In

I'm not sure if I just got hit by a virus or not, but
today after installing FrontPage and rebooting my Windows
XP machine, I lost my Admin login icon.

Does anyone know if there is a new threat related to
this? How does one go about repairing a lost Admin log
on?
