Lost Addrtess Book and Inbox

Hi, i recently had a problem with one of my hard drives
and have lost address book and inbox, sent and drafts. Is
there any way that i can get it back? We have saved
outlook express folders from one of the other drives.
would they contain anything with regards to retrieving
inbox, addresses, sent and drafts?
