lost address book

okay anyone out there I'm a novice in computer business period i lost
important contact address to new guridian angel chapter forming and need to
regain these files so help please i set up address book under programs
subfolder accessories the sub address book somehow in deleting one name in
main idenity file I lost whole file any ideas on how I retreive this folder
it's not in the recycle bin I' lost
