I had the owner account on my computer. Due to someone
deleting a file on my computer, I had to reboot my
computer. My computer allows me to run a recovery that
returns everything to factory settings but keeps all my
data on it, like music and things installed after
purchase. When I did this i had to go through all the
processes you have to go though when you first use a new
computer. Once all that was done, my previous Owner
account that had all my music and things is only in the
Documents and Settings folder and when I try to go into it
it says C:\Documents and Settings\Owner is not
accessible. Access is denied. Can anyone please help???
