Lost a PP-file while dragging it within a folder. How to recover?

Lost a PP-file when dragging it to reposition within a folder. Didn't find
the file anywhere using the search options!
 
I would use the advanced search functions to look for a semi-unique text
string within the file.

Make sure you tell the search to look in system folders also.
