Crcl32.dll is not a Windows file, nor can I find any reference to a .dll
file by that name anywhere on google.com. If the name is spelled correctly,
then the file may be proprietary to some software that is installed and
loading at boot on your computer. Please check the name, and post back if it
is incorrect. If it is correct, then start trimming the startup group so you
can isolate what program loading is causing the issue. This can help:
