loss of rundll.exe file

thanks to norton antivirus help deleted the above file
how can i get it back and in the correct place
 
Try start,run,in run,type:cmd In cmd type:Sfc /Scannow
When the graph starts,install xp cd,exit the info page,when the graph
is thru,remove cd,type:CHKDSK C: /F Then type:EXIT Restart computer.
