Loss of internet conection

My Broad Band internet connection keeps on closing down after about 10
minute. I have to reboot to reconect.
M y ISP is no help they say it is on my computer. Can anyone help please .

Go to network connections, select your network connection, right click it
and choose "Properties". Under your network card there is a radio button
labeled "Configure". Click on this button and choose the "Power Management"
Tab the un check the box that reads "Allow computer to turn off this device
to save power". Select "OK", close all windows, reboot and all "should" be
well.
