hi,

I use plain text as my default format for Outlook (2007) emails, and I have been losing my line breaks in my signature when I send it that way. Here is what it should be:

------------------------------------------------------------ ----

400 S. Peoria Street, Suite 2100 (M/C 345)
Chicago, IL 60607-7035
phone 312.413.9412
mailto:[email protected]
------------------------------------------------------------ ----

instead this is how it turns out:

------------------------------------------------------------ -----------------

------------------------------------------------------------ -----------------

I realize the easy answer would be to use HTML formatting all the time, but I would rather not.

Any thoughts? Am I surpassing a maximum width?

thanks
greg

Try to edit the signature .txt file in
c:\documents and settings\<username>\application data\microsoft\signatures
