Losing Focus

It seems that whenever I am busy; some other program appears in front of
whatever I am doing.

Can I prevent this?
I think I used some Tweak tool once to stop it --- but it didn't work.

The program that pops up and obscures your view is the one that's
misbehaving. Check the options in that program to see if there's an area
where you can suppress this.
