Losing contacts intermittantly

Relatively often it appears as though a contact is being lost from my
contact list and the information has to be re-entered from scratch.
Any idea what may be causing this? (I am using the free version of
Xobni and have been for several years without incident if this makes
any difference).

Hi Bob,

I am having the same issue with a client of mine, I work for a small
thriving PC repair shop that also sells new and provides support. I
recently transferred a Data file (pst) from a customers old machine to
her new and I am having the same problem. Now it was fine when we did
it on Saturday but a few days later it has lost all her contacts and
when we try import them again it looks to be doing it and no errors
come up but there is nothing. To be honest I think that 2010 is just
not as good as 2007 because they have made it difficult for the end
user and I have personally stuck with 2007 and I think that until they
change it to be a bit more user friendly would suggest people stay on
it.
