That doesn't answer either question Mr. Keenan asked you. Are you using
the filters that go in the phone jacks? If not, add them and see if
that solves the issue. Not having filters on every jack on the same
phone line as your DSL will cause the issue you are experiencing.
What is the make/model of your DSL modem?
What is the make/model of your router?
DSL line filters must be placed on each/every phone jack that a
phone/fax/faxmodem is connected to.
Line filter must not be on DSL modem telco line wire/jack.
If these are correctly installed, and you still have the problem, you need to
replace the DSL modem unit. Either you "rent" it from your broadband Internet
provider (have them change it0 or buy a new one.
