Lose formatting on pivot tables

Louja

Hi,

I produce a report every day on which there are pivot tables.

I have to paste special value the pivot tables. The ones I produced
on an older version of Excel keep the formatting. However, the tables
produced on Excel 2007 lose all their formatting.

Is there anything I can do?

Thanks

Louisa

Hi,

Thanks for the formatting tips they were really useful.

But what I need is when I paste special value a pivot table for it to
stay in the old format like Excel 2003 used to do.

I am not sure if the fact I have used Excel 2007 but (for macro
reasons) my spreadsheet is Excel 2003.

Thanks again

Louisa

I'm afraid I am not understanding your problem.
Do you want to mail me a copy of your workbook, and I will see if I can
resolve your problem.
