Looup Value and Return a Range

I want to lookup a value in column E and if it matches my lookup criteria I
want to return all the information in the corresponding row.

A=acct number
B=acct status
C=acct code
D=current balance
E=previous balance

If E=<=$1500 I want to return all the information in A:E

Will there be 1 row that meets this condition or will there be many rows
that meet this condition?
