I have a worksheet which prints perfectly fine (1 sheet,
landscape) in Excel. I now want to copy this worksheet
into word (also Landscape). However, when pasting the
worksheet and decreasing the size so that it fits onto one
page the last 5 columns are missing. I tried to use
Insert - Object .... and Paste Special but not very
successful so far.

Any other ideas?

You've presumably used page break preview to set the breaks in Excel - go to page setup and check to see how much it has been scaled

In word create a document, make it landscape and set margins to minimum your printer will allow, then use paste special and insert as an excel worksheet. You can now right click, format object, size and put the same scale from excel into the scale size
