Lookup Results

I've got a reporting delimma I can't figure out. I'm attempting to produce a
list of all items from a dataset that match a particular characteristic of a
report. Basically a Vlookup but that outputs a list of all matches. Any
ideas?
 
How about providing some details! The more information you provide the
better the chance of getting a meaningful solution.
