Lookup information disappeared

I'm using Access 2003 for an Orders Management database for my job. I was
getting close to being done so it could be used by everyone. It has
securities set up. On Friday when I tried to put in new orders I noticed 2
of my lookup boxes were messed up. They no long held the information from
the relating tables and I cannot input any new orders now. I've checked
everything I can think of. I went to the tables that pulled the information
from other tables to create the lookup menues, but everything seems to be the
same. I had previously taken screen shots of these so that if anything
happened I would know exactly how it was set up before. I don't see any
changes.

Can anyone help me with this? I'm at a stand still with updating my
database until I can fix this.

Here's an update on this:

The information in these 2 drop down/combo boxes are invisable. I can no
longer start typing a Customer name in the field and it display the match as
I did before. I can guess about where the name is in the list and click on
it, but if I type it it says that it can't find it. The other list/combo
box usually pulls part numbers from another table and automatically fills the
unit price in. Now the part number is invisable too, but if I scroll over I
still see the price in the list and I can chose it that way, but it is the
same as the other box in that it doesn't display the part numbers or allow
you to type them to fill in.

Wouldn an update for Windows have caused this problem? I tried to check my
backup copies and both are having the same problem. This problem with the
drop downs is only occuring on 2 tables. I also have a shipping method
list/combo box that pulls from another table and it is fine as well.
