lookup 1 value and return multiple corresponding values

I have a sales forecast table of wins and losses with account details in
Sheet 2. Each line in the Sheet 2 table has a line #. In Sheet 1 I want to
display all of the line #'s of the wins in the win table and all of the loss
line #'s in the loss table. I can then Vlookup the line # and return the
corresponding detail from Sheet 2.

I have searched tirelessly through the help and can't seem to find the answer.

Please help!
