"Lookout" search utility comments

"Lookout" was recommended to me by this group as a remedy for slow searching
in Outlook. I've been using it for several months now and I'm very impressed
with the search speed. However the incremental indexing speed really stinks,
my computer is unusably during the last 2% of the indexing cycle (about 30
minutes/day) and technical support from the vendor is non-existent so its not
worth the overhead unless you do alot of searching IMHO.

That's very odd since Microsoft purchased the company in 2004.
