Looking or Pinout of IBM Console Management Port (4000R)

Hi,
I bought recently anIBM Netfinity 4000R, not knowing that this unit
doesn't have standard KVM output but comes with an integrated Console
Management Bus. As I assume that this bus carries the signals for KVM
directly I'm now lookin for the pinout of the connector ro eitehr create
an adapter myself or design a bracket with the respective connectors.
