Looking for XPE device with biometric and RFID

Looking for portable device with following features

1. Preferably handheld device and portable.
2. XP or XPE operating system.
3. LCD touch screen screen, not too big. Between 2.5" to 4"should be
fine.
4. Prefer device that allow different configufration for the processor.
For starting, PXA250 for application that does not require too much
processing power. Maximum? Well maybe PIII 1 Ghz up to P4 2.4 Ghz.

(Can XPE run on PXA250?)

5. RAM and storage, minimum 64 MB RAM and 4 GB storage.

(Can XPE run on 32 MB RAM, Maybe I should just google this)

6. Integrated RFID reader and Biometric finggerprint reader.

:) Mostly I am making things up. So please correct me whereever
applicable.

Best regards,
Harris

Dear Harris,

Just answer you some questions.

1. Can XPE run on PXA250?
No. XPE only supports x86.
You should use CE to implement.

2. Can XPE run on 32 MB RAM, Maybe I should just google this
The image usage depends on your image size.
You need to customize your image to fulfill size and function
requirements.

Thanks for the info. Now I can narrow my search to x86 processor only.
I cannot use Win CE, otherwise this will be less a problem.

In conclusion, so far it is quite tough to get a portable XP device
with what I have in mind. The only thing that look pomising so far is
Sony VAIO UX series. But it doesnt come with XP Embedded (It is XP Pro)
and without the RFID reader.

:) Just throwing things arround. Maybe the next person reading this
post will have some idea.
