Looking for way to simulate Outlook functionality...

I am looking for a way to simulate the functionality in the "Body"
section of an Outlook Contact form... in an Access form. I need to
create an Access form that allows users to enter/format text, as well
as attach objects (i.e. docs, tiffs, etc) on the same window pane. All
of this functionality is in the Outlook Contacts form already, but I
need to duplicate it in an Access form, which is part of an
application I'm building...

Does anyone know how I can create an Access form similar in
functionality to the Outlook Contact form (as explained above)?
Is there an RTF control (or other controls) that provide this
functionality?
Or is there a way to leverage the Outlook functionality in Access?
