Looking for Property Management software

I work for a real estate company in a property management position. We use
an expensive database program called Promas. There are others, the point is
that a property management software has to do to so many things it is
doubtful that you'll find a free one. But if you do, let me know too!

I needed this, too, so I hunted for more than one motive. Check out:

Rent Tracker Lite -- http://www.renttracker.com/downloads.htm
and
STEMMONS Multi-Family
4.5 --http://dl.winsite.com/files/705/ar2/win95/misc/smf45.exe

There are tons of limited version demos and a few cheap commercial versions
out there, too.

The property management software Stemmons Multi Family 4.52 is only
running with windows 95 and 98 ( and with a small problem under
Windows ME).
I use this software since a few years, to day it is not state of the
art but it works very well.
If you want to install the shareware version you have to change the
systemdate on your computer to a date before 01-01-2001.
