Looking for paid help

Ok - I am a bit too busy to deal with certain design problems - such
as getting tables to align properly on different resolutions. I am
looking for someone who will establish a reasonable hourly rate (no
agencies or design companies please - I doubt I could afford your
prices, that's all). And work with me on an ad-hoc basis - I am a one
man start-up company so cannot pay a fortune.
