Dear Mr President,

I ended my employment because:
I couldn't stand the job
There were no prospects
My manager kept calling me names
I found an offer I couldn't refuse
(Delete anything not applicable or add your own reason)

Why do you think you need someone to write it for you? (Shucks, I just did!)
 
Think about what you're asking. How could a pre-made letter possibly know
about your termination?
