I got one of my panels "Pending Checkins" under view toolbar not to open
when I start my IDE, all the others are openning fine, (we use co-op for
version control)

Did you try opening them using View and it still not opening?

question at the end any .net related question is posted/answered) or
you can post it in microsoft.public.vstudio.general

it works if I open it myself (its just one)

If you were able to open once, I would suggest close IDE and open
again, IDE is supposed to keep the information in the profile. Let me
know if it works.
