Looking for Field List Button on toolbar

I am creating a multi-page form and need to create a tab control within it.
For my assignment, I have to input data using the Field List button which I
can't find on the toolbar.

Please help

If you're creating a form using either the "Autoform" or form design, the
"Field list" button will not appear until you have actually used a table to
create the form. The button appears in the design view of your form, to the
left of the "toolbox" button (hammer and wrench). Hope this helps. Godd luck
