looking for diskusage.pl or other quota tool

Hi,

From what I've read, diskusage.pl is supposed to be a part of the w2k
resource kit, but I can't find it anywhere. I looked on MS's website
and I found all the other resource kit tools, but not this script.
And unfortunately all of the quota scripts they had in their scripting
center required xp or 2003. Does anyone know where I can download
this file from?

Alternately, my goal is to email users when they are within X megs of
their quota. Is there a better tool?
