looking for CD checker

Simon

looking for a tool to check the integrity of audio CD's I've created (other
than listening to them in their entirety)

I've got CD Checker which works fine for data disc's, but doesn't seem to
be able to cope with CDA files (ie it took about 1/2 a second to 'check' an
audio CD with about 10 tracks/files totalling about 540 Meg)

This is no biggy, I've just been experimenting with my hardware some (it
appears that it will write at speeds greater than that quoted for the
device) and wanted to confirm the results

EAC (Exact Audio Copy) can do that.

Or, if you have a Plextor drive: PlexTools Professional.
(They say it doesn't work with drives from other companies.)
