Looking for ATADIAG.EXE

Anyone know where I can obtain a copy of utility called "ATADIAG.EXE".
This is some kind of diagnostic program to troubleshoot ATA hard disk
drives.

thanks! but how do I unravel the ".dsk" image file to get at the
atadiag.exe?
