Looking for Amortization Schedule for Excel that is Editable

I need to put in the actual amount paid, insted of the default payments

I assume you mean the Microsoft Loan Amortization Schedule !
In which case you can adjust the actual payment by entering in the 'Extra
Payment' column a figure + or - difference from the scheduled payment.
