Looking for Access template where I can list records & CD's

There was a template on Access where I could list my records and CD's but i
cannot find it. WHere Can I download it from?

Should be right in your Access install. Start a new database and tell the
first menu that you want to use a wizard. One one the wizards builds a
database for a music collection.
