Looking for a TaskBar/System Tray App.

Free preferably, I have a few programs that don't offer a minimize to tray,
but I am thinking there must be something out there, all the programs I've
turned up in a google search just seem to allow me to organise the system
tray, and hide the icons, I want something that might attach something to
the minimize button, so with a key combo, and minimize, it drop to the
system tray.
